"The location was good. One of our rooms had a door that wouldn’t shut and lock. Came back from dinner and the door just pushed open."

"It is a nice property. There was a small issue with the AC. It was very noisy and cooled the room very fast. That means that it was working loudly for a short time, turned off and started again and again. In addition, the room had a huge fridge that was also noisy. The breakfast area is very nice and the food was ok."

"For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. Step in shower instead of a walk in (mom didn’t take a shower). 3. No hand rails 4. The things that should of been hot on the breakfast buffet were cold (eggs, biscuits, gravy was watered down and...

"Check-in took forever. They told us the virtual card payment from Expedia didn’t work and tried to charge me again for the stay! We knew there was construction but the rooms were not well-kept. The worst thing was when we took the stairs one night and saw the end door to the hotel is just propped open for construction (this was 10pm and no workers present). Absolutely zero protection for hotel guests! Would not recommend staying here!"

"Unsafe side doors left open. Access was easy by the pool door was never locked to get in building . Stair case was always wet and unsafe . Weird smell like burn by the stairs . We deserve our money back."

"I only get to stay at a Hyatt Place once every two years and this location was everything the experience was desired to be. The helpful staff, clean space, unbelievable breakfast, spacious and modern room, top notch amenities…this location couldn’t do anything better than they already have. Incredible one night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Well done guys. Two thumbs way up."
