"We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. "

"Capt Ron was kind and very responsive to all communication. He met us at the boat for a late check-in ensuring we were settled without questions before leaving. The boat is at a quiet marina with the beauty of nature all around. Very safe and peaceful."

"This is a fantastic condo. Located near all the amenities that we have access too. My daughter was playing a big two day golf tournament, so the proximity to the putting green and course was golden. The owners communicated well and description was spot on. It was very clean, comfortable and attention to detail was great. My favorite part was the king size bed!!!!! So so so comfortable. I really enjoyed the property and will book again."

"The Haven was amazing! So cute, clean, and in a great location! Quick walk to the bus, or under 10 to Lyft to nearby museums/restaurants. We had a fantastic time visiting the Civil War Museum and attending Folk Fest. "

"Overall, our group had a pleasant time but there were a few things that effected our stay: We were given two different unit numbers for check-in, which caused some minor confusion. The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked; the toilet bowls were pink, the washer clearly has mold growing inside it, and most of the floors could have done with a good vacuum mopping. "This home was immaculately clean and organized, with more than enough necessities for a pleasantly relaxing stay. The view was absolutely amazing, and the setting quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. Definitely would stay again. "

"We had a lovely last minute vacation. The property was very homey and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and pleasant. The area was quiet and the little yard was perfect for our dog. I would advise planning ahead for any trips for groceries and activities. While we enjoyed our first experience on the car ferry, we did need to adjust our schedules a bit. It was a great place to relax and have some late summer fun before school started. "
