The house was warm (winter time) and not at all noisy even with a good winter storm that came through. The playground outside was a fun fort for the boys in their snowball fight. "The lake was lovely. The host was communicative and accommodating. However, the home itself is in desperate need of repair and updating. The grounds were covered in debris, some of which was actually dangerous for the little ones that we had brought along so we had to clean it up to make it safe for them. The house was not much better with much of the electric looking unsafe to use with wiring that was either exposed or heavily taped together. The ceiling in two of the bedrooms had been covered...

"The cabin was great. Unfortunately it rained our entire stay. There were two things that need attention. A previous renter left something styrofoam in the freezer which froze to the bottom of the freezer and it was still there when we checked in and there is no broom or vacuum so if you spill something on the floor or track in leaves from outside or dry your hair there is no easy way to clean it up. We would definitely stay again."
