"The cabin is exactly as described. The Big Canoe community is SPECTACULAR, although the main pool shown in the Expedia photos was dirty and closed. However, the marina and the trails were open. Our only issue was that the cottage was delivered to us at 5:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM because they said it was being cleaned. When we entered at 5:00 PM, the cottage was still not clean. There were two pork chops inside the microwave, spider webs in both bedrooms and on the walls, and the front door,...

"It is what it says it is. Budget Inn. My room was clean and comfortable. Only downside? No coffee maker. Otherwise no complaints!"

"I will never stay there again."

"Excellent studio convenient to town with all of the needed amenities. In a quiet neighborhood, and the host was very responsive. It was clean, tidy and I was in good order. I would definitely book there again."

"The amenities for this property were great, and the grounds were beautiful, but the property itself wasn’t very clean. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and there were bugs in the loft. Some of the lights didn’t work. There was no salt or pepper & we had to buy our own coffee and extra toilet paper etc. So if you’re going, bring everything you need. The phones were answered by an answering service who knew nothing about the property and could only page the management. We had fun but we were...

"We’re more than grateful with Kevin and Karen! Amazing place, amazing experience, every detail of the house was perfect! The brownies was delicious! Staying there was like a dream! Thanks a lot! "

"We had a great stay. Close to the pools and rock slide. They had everything you could possibly need. Definitely a great stay for a weekend get away. And the squirrel feeding station was a bonus!"

"We enjoyed our time at this property and the local restaurants down the street. Everything was clean and comfortable."

"The cabin absolutely exceeded our expectations. You truly felt like you were in a treehouse. Its close proximity to all of the Big Canoe amenities, which makes it perfect. The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean and beautiful. Highly recommend. I know we will be back!"

"Lovely accommodations right in downtown Ball Ground. Walk to restaurants and shops. Responsive. Host. Would stay again."

"This location is perfect if you are looking for peace, quiet, and comfort. Just pulling out of the drive one morning we saw four big bucks and a turkey. Nightime is lit up by the fireflies. The host was very responsive to the questions that I did have. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!"

"this was our 1st time to Big Canoe and we had a blast!! we will be back."
