"This small apartment was perfect for what we needed and was equipped with everything you would need. It was very clean and we walked the entire downtown every night and visited most of the restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment. We weren't able to watch tv as the internet cut out most of the time but that was ok for us. We didn't use the gym but looks like a good time. "

"The Dock House was perfect for our stay in Elizabeth City. We were within 5-10 minutes of everything. The condo was exactly as listed, very spacious and clean. Jen provided our access code in plenty of time for check-in and checked on us during our stay, without being intrusive. Our trip was only two nights, but this condo would have been amazing for a longer stay. We had plenty of space to spread out and recharge during our busy weekend. "Our stay at the barn apartment was a little better than perfect! Carol and her husband were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our family had an amazing stay. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean and had several amenities such as several KCup options, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, and soaps. The property is truly what made our stay extra special.
