"The room was clean, however, the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The beds are comfortable and clean that's a plus. We have visited this property a few times over the years and I can tell it's getting old. Maintenance seems to be lacking overall."

"The building is an older building not in terrible condition but needs cosmetic work. The room was neat but musty smell. Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located to the New York Niagara falls attractions."

"Horrible hotel. Nothing open - cigar shop closed, bar closed, no service had to come to desk for blankets and extra towels . No daily cleaning. Housekeeping NEVER came in on 3 night stay. When checking in the girl had an ear piece on and having full blown conversation while checking me in. I asked questions regarding food since we came in Friday night and everything looked closed - she stated she had no idea . Would not return"

"All was Clean , had beautiful view, nice sitting rooms down stairs around the lobby, nicely decorated. Only bad was breakfast at anchor bar was not great for the price , didn’t even have gravy"

"I thought it was closer to Niagara falls but it wasn’t that far away just an 8 min drive. it was nice to have an indoor pool."

"We booked the balcony premium king room, it was 290$per night…The balcony was not maintained at all, there were all insect nets on the balcony bar which seems to be there for a long time, there were multiple ..Also, the table and chair outside the balcony doesn’t looked like it was wiped up..All night, there was a weird noise coming out , (it’s not Ac),we were not able to sleep at all…Bathroom was OK, the bed was average( it moves a lot when trying to get in/out of bed) -not stable at...

"Pros: room is spacious and bed is comfortable Cons: Rooms were dirty, floor and carpet was dirty and not cleaned well. Property needs upgrade. Breakfast was basic."

"We checked in to a room that was dirty with used towels and soaps lying on the floor. But since we checked in at midnight, we let go of that. Next morning until night, we kept asking for towels and soaps, none of the staff cared to provide. One seemingly kind staff in the evening said they will provide within 10 minutes, when we asked for a timeline. But even after several 10 minutes passed, we had no luck. After the Expedia staff contacted, they finally gave us towels at the end of first day....

"They ran out of breakfast food , alot of people :("

"The room was not cleaned well. It was dusty and rug was not vacuumed. I was there a week. I had to make sure I asked for sheets to be changed and for caffeinated coffee. There were smudges on the mirror when I arrived. I had to ask for the mirror to be cleaned."
