"The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. I was not offered any compensation for my stay, I was told "leave now and you can have a refund" We had nowhere else to go at that time of night and no hotels had vacancies, not even the Breezy Palms. We had to use the restroom in the lobby throughout our stay, The GM was very rude and accused me of just wanting a...

"The mattresses were so comfortable! They supplied everything we needed.
The house was clean but the floors could have been vacuumed and mopped better!
By going barefoot, we had to wipe our feet off to get in bed.
We didn't get to try the restaurant, it didn't open till 11. We would have had breakfast every morning if it opened earlier. Most everyone was gone before 11 though!"

After business hours. Kayaks and sport equipment available. Has a small beach which is unique to the Keys. Pool pretty much vacant at all times. Great views. Highly recommend."
