"Overall it's a good place. Paid for cleaning services that wasn't rendered. The bed was comfortable and there's an electric pan to cook on. Many ants, had to buy spray. But it was close to work. I would consider staying here again. Other than the ants it was good "

"The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...

"This home was perfect! It was just off K10, and an easy drive to Lawrence to visit KU. The home is close to a few restaurants (Mexican was great) and several fast food places, a grocery store and gas stations. The beds were so comfortable and the whole home was inviting and immaculate. There were plenty of towels, two washers and two dryers, a Keurig coffee maker (with pods!), laundry pods and dishwasher tabs as well. The game room was so cute, and the gym was a great touch! The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard.
