"The room and bathroom were small but exceptionally clean! Only complaint was the cloth shower curtain joining in on the shower ;) We had a room with a patio, facing the beach, and a king size bed. The view of the sunsets was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Guests in another room did not obey the no smoking rule. It was quickly taken care of. "All the reviews are correct. This is a great property and it is a treat to stay here. Everything is better than described, especially the coy pond area. Breakfast is amazing, all the staff is wonderful. The room was large. Summer Inn is a real gem."

The hotel smelled like ether/spray paint, not sure what work was being done, but room smelled both days terribly, no parking available Saturday evening, finally parked and hoped car was still there in the morning, dirty towel on back of door when we got there, garbage was left in room after cleaning and bed didn’t get made.
