"clean rooms and very friendly staff"

"In a good location property was a little run down and had a musty smell. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Good for a last minute trip and pricing wasn’t bad reflecting the hotels condition in my opinion which is fine. Hot tub didn’t really have jets power it was kind of a big bath and the pool was a bit dirty. All over cleanliness could have been better floors in our room were pretty dirty with the swipe of a baby wipe it was brown. "

"We are all about staying at cheap motels, but our room was basically a large closet turned into a room. The shower was unusable unless you’re the size of a child, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and came out of the wall when I unplugged from it, and the toilet really needs a lid on it. "

They spoil you with beautiful rooms, food, drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere. Dan and Jen are always available and looking to help make your stay in Ludington special. We can't wait to go back!"
