"Basic but clean. Staff, friendly and helpful. Bed was okay, sheets were a bit itchy. Breakfast was better than average and coffee was great!"

"Hicimos la reserva y no sé de quién sería la culpa pero después de conducir 200km al llegar estaba cerrado. On "no vacancy" en el mostrador. Después de llamar y de que nos colgasen 2 veces sin responder, a las 12 de la noche nos dijeron que no era su problema y que llevaban "sold out" desde el 4 de julio. Antipática y maleducada y nosotros agotados a buscar de nuevo alojamiento."

"It’s an old property, but it didn’t smell old & musty. Clean. Owner was pleasant and allowed us an early check-in, so we could drop off our luggage. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m passing through. Much appreciation Hilltop."

"This was just what we were looking for. Close to the hiking trails. It offed comfy beds and functional kitchen. The heating worked well after we figured it out. The only thing I would change being an older person would be some of the rugs that wrinkled up easily. Overall great stay.."

"The cabin was fun and everyone enjoyed the North Woods decor. We also loved all the activities available on the property. We enjoyed cards indoors and frisbee and croquet outdoors. But most of all, we loved walking the trails. Saw some great wildlife and enjoyed the unique stops along the way.The only suggestion for improvement is to better mark the two level changes in the cabin (one step down in two separate areas). If the lights aren't on it is easy to trip and two of us in fact did. ...
