"Walking distance to the baseball stadium and bars! Cozy, small bedroom. Beautiful, historic building. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next store and upstairs. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend !"

"The neighborhood was quiet but in a central location close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very nice with an updated bathroom. It was unique and charming with antique details preserved. It was very hot in Toledo when we were there and the AC struggled a bit to cool the hallway and bathroom. The owner supplied a box fan that helped and the rest of the home stayed cool. There were ceiling fans in every room and remote controls for them and the lights. We had a plumbing issue that...
