"Room had everything we needed for a quick stay. The air conditioning worked great, and the WiFi was fast enough for streaming. Parking was hassle-free which was a big plus after long drives. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if in the area again."

"This three bedroom home, was very modern, up-to-date, very clean, made us feel very comfortable. Nice appliances, nice beds, only downfall for us, was my 95-year-old dad had a very hard time getting into the shower. Did not use the Jacuzzi tub. We had taken truck in 24 foot trailer with two side-by-side on it. Had a very hard time getting them into the driveway/yard. But that was our only problems. Everything else was beyond expectation. And one last note. The air conditioner had been struck by...

"The property was nice. Plenty of room. We did have quite a few wolf spiders we had to fight with in the house and the screened porch had wasps. We couldn’t even use the hot tub."

"The cottage at Chaffee Crossing is fantastic. It was really easy to find and get to. It's in a great part of Fort Smith that is close to all the places you need but it is in a peaceful neighborhood. It is dog friendly. The only downside is there is not a fence, but it is a nice area to walk so it was not bad. It is very comfortable and clean and just a lovely place to stay."
