"This property was home to our group of 8 golfers this past weekend. All of the guys really enjoyed the setting. Fishing from the dock. Paddling the kayaks on the Crystal River. Sitting around the campfire. Watching the big TV in the family room. Eating meals in the screened-in porch while overlooking the river. "My friend and I wanted to get away for the weekend to catch up, so we decided to go with this cabin. It was perfect for what we needed - super cozy, the beds were comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have as far as cleanliness was the amount of dog hair that was on the couch/living area. Otherwise it’s a great location right next to downtown! I would recommend."

"Our family enjoyed staying here over Labor Day weekend! We found the house to be clean and with enough room to accommodate everyone. The location is great with so many different beaches and restaurants nearby. It was quiet at night and cool enough with just the windows open. We would stay here again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs a new coffee pot - it was terrible! pans were just barely decent AND very limited silverware. Liked the new TV - with MUCH better reception since our last visit. Always like this location!"

"We stayed at the Empire Therapy and had the best experience imaginable. We came into the house to a nice welcome gift from our hosts. The home was spacious, nicely maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The extra amenities like the pool table, ping pong table, and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. "Location and beach access are both amazing… Privacy is amazing - beds are comfortable The house it’s self needs some updates! We stayed here last year and the toilet had the same leak as it did a year ago. Wallpaper’s peeling, furniture is old and musty smelling, the stove works, but definitely takes a little longer to cook things. You get what you pay for. Not bad … just not great!"

"I would not hesitate to stay here again. Home was exactly as described and pictured. Very, very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on. Great location near grocery and restaurants and Glenn Arbor. Easy drive to the hikes and sleeping bar dunes that we had planned. Kitchen was very clean and big enough to prepare food in. Lots of dishes and other kitchen utensils to use."

"It was a very cute cozy cabin. It had all the basic necessities including oven, microwave, refrigerator which was nice but the cleanliness of the house was below average. Dust could be seen on the walls, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. There was splatter of some kind on the bathroom wall just above the mirror. The dish rack once we pulled it out from under the kitchen counter was gross. The heater when it turned on rattled very loudly. It sounded like the fan was broken and hitting...
