"Applebutter Inn is a breath of fresh air! The historic and cozy building is a welcome change from chain hotels. Julie is so kind and hospitable, we felt like old friends by the time we left. We were all charmed by her companion, Chiquita Banana, who is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We hope to make it back to Slippery Rock some day, and will definitely stay at Applebutter Inn again!"

"Typical Motel. It’s clean and price is right"

"Great location for walking to Main Street restaurants and shops. The home was in great shape and very clean. The host was very informative regarding where to get groceries, local restaurants, etc. She also responded in a timely manner to any check in or out questions. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I'm very glad we chose to stay in Anne and Adele's home rather than a hotel. Everything was clean and spacious and they provided items above and beyond the normal rental home. Communication was easy and the location was perfect for us."
