"The little apartment and its location were perfect for us! Being right in front of the coffee shop, and within walking distance of most things downtown, provided an easy access route for us!The apartment was clean, had small amenities that we might have forgotten, and was decorated super cute!If you are in the Petersburg area, this was a great location. "Captain Ron met us to check in. Very nice and helpful. The boat is docked in a private, peaceful area. You can hear some distant traffic noise and occasional faint train, but otherwise very quiet. The boat is older, with ongoing repairs and painting, but was clean and cozy. Has a large, full shower with hot water and a toilet that is similar to RV toilets. "This was truly an amazing experience. We absolutely loved the secluded property and the peaceful environment. The water was perfect for kayaking and fishing, and our dogs loved to swim although it was a bit cold for us other than the hot tub! I wish we could have stayed longer and we would love to come back anytime it is available. "

"Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals."

"This place was perfect for us! Awesome bike trails, great dock for fishing, perfect distance from Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg. Very clean, terrific shower and very comfortable bed. We needed to recharge and this did it for us!"

"The hostess was very accommodating!! This is a very cute home and very clean!! There was 4 adults and 3 kiddos in our group we were all very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water! It was very nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to do that as soon as we got home. It was very cozy and felt like our home away from home!!! We definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we come back to VA!!!"
