"The hotel's phone number in my booking is not correct. Somebody very rude answered the phone and asked me to find the right one in the hotel website. I booked this hotel because it says they have transportation to the airport, this is false, they just offer to request an uber."

When we checked in with Mateusz, he was very efficient at explaining all and made us feel very welcome!!
