"It's a nice new hotel. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty good. They didn't have hot oatmeal every day, but always had the instant in a cup. Nondairy milk was available upon request. At check in, they gave us a card for a free beer and pretzels/beer nut snacks good for the first evening. Unfortunately, they were out of snacks our first night."

"Sliding doors to balcony have framing issues and a lot of outside noise comes in because glass windows do not seal. Bed bugs were all over one of our beds as well! Beware!"

"Jessie, a staff member here, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant, which turned out to be awesome. He brought us some coffee pods when our room wasn't cleaned because we stayed in the room after the hotel cleaning staff went home. The other staff members greeted us when we came in and left and were helpful. Out of all the times I have stayed at a hotel, Jessie stands out as one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members."

"The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Some of the furniture was unstable and looked like it was falling apart. The outside of the property also looked very weathered and run down. I wasn’t...

"Clean"

"Very old, outdated. Not enough lighting in the restroom, the towels were paper-thin, old, and we were given a very dirty or maybe stained towel. The sheets were stained, old - the cover between the sheets and the comforter was disgusting. Never again. The hallway smelled horrible. We were afraid to eat anything from the breakfast, knowing our room was not the best who knows what their kitchen was like since we can't see it. :( Sad to say we will not be staying there again "

"We had a pleasant stay, the area was great and in a great location. Was a little annoyed because the control panel for the AC was not working probably so during the day it was too warm and at night too cold. Two of the lamps did not work and was disgusted because we had opened the sofa sleeper and the mattress had black stains and a lot of junk. Either than that everything else was good."

"The walls by the desk had some very large green buggers stuck on the walls that was just absolutely nasty to look at. To top it off, the room also had German Roaches. My children and I had to kill 3 of them our selves. Absolutely a terrible experience, and I would not trade Hilton again for this place."
