The outside of the townhomes look in need of repair but we did not have any problems with anyone and it was pretty quiet. The driveway is a 1 vehicle driveway and on a very steep slope. We had a little issue with the stove not working right at first but it eventually did and we didn’t have any more issues with it from then on. "I thought that this stay was adorable. I saw a review that another individual wrote giving the property a 2/10 but stating they never actually went inside. The stay is located in an older run down "hood" area that is currently receiving upgrades. But the house is on a dead end street, and the area didn't seem unsafe by any means. "This historic property was great! The apartment was clean, full of light and charming. Close to restaurants, shopping and Mercer University. Communication with the host was easy. On site parking was a great plus! Would 10/10 recommend!"
