"Home was perfect for our trip to Iowa football game -- approximately 40 mn to stadium. With convenience to grocery shopping and dining.We enjoyed the space for all of us -- 4 bedrooms and comfortable beds!Appreciated abundance of towels!A little more seating in TV space would've been nice, and a quick check of nooks and crannies for dust and dirt and clean up were the only minor issues.Overall, would recommend and would stay here again!"

"Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! "We stayed at this cute cabin for a family/friend concert trip. The cabin has such charm to it. It is in a beautiful, quiet location. There is a "bridge" that some of the group wasn't quite sure they wanted to go over due to the high water... but my husband zipped right over in our Yukon. You are down in a valley and right next to the river, so a little wet and soggy (bring bug spray) but we sat out and enjoyed our evening in the side yard.
