"We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year."

"The ONLY thing would be lined curtains in bedroom. Appreciate the security lights outside but it looked like the sun was beaming in all night long. Otherwise, excellent; have already recommended to others who visit Topeka, and will stay here on our next visit!"

"Este hotel no dispone de servicio de recepcion de noche. Llegamos de un partido de futbol a las 00.30 AM y la tarjeta de ingreso a la habitacion no funcionaba. Otro pasajero tampoco podia ingresar a su habitacion y termino accionando la alarma de incendio. Vino la policia, los bomberos, pero nunca aparecio nadie responsable del hotel. Llamamos a unos telefonos que habia pegados en la pared y nadie atendio, incluso a la policia. Desastre"

8.2 sobre 10, Muy bueno, (11 comentarios)
"Rock Chalk Villa is close to the university, restaurants, and a short drive from downtown Lawrence. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with new kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer combo, and large screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The host, Alex, was very communicative and thoughtfully responded to questions via email almost immediately. Check-in and check-out were very smooth - a nice touch is that property rules, how to access wi-fi, and check-out info was available...

"Clean, well decorated space making you feel right at home in an instant! Minutes walk from Mass St, which is the heart of the downtown, with so many shops and eateries. We enjoyed taking a short walk to get morning coffee and just walk the strip several times. Parking right outside. We traveled across the country staying in many Vrbo's so the little details at this location like cotton swabs in the bathroom and laundry soap were pleasant bonuses. Definitely would stay here again!"
