As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely...

The door handle into the bedroom was soiled. I did take picture of it to show my wife. I forgot and left a charger cord for my hearing aids in the bedroom. I thought the 50 service plus shipping charge to return to me out of line (too expense). "
