"Our overall stay was nice! The place was cozy, roomy and clean! Not to far from Fort Drum! Just a few inconveniences during our stay.To get to either one of the bedrooms you have to go through a bathroom. If someone in the bathroom you have to wait to get to the bedroom. The masterbath fan doesnt work and no deoderizer available so then have to wait longer. Masterbath showerhead sprays in all direction but down and the areas that did spray downward you were up against the glass trying to use it...

"We had a lovely and comfortable stay here. I cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen. It was adequate for what we needed. The location is great. Right in the middle of downtown. Parking was easy. Saturday was a busy and noisy day/night in the town but the rest of the days were quiet. I loved sitting out on the balcony. I saw another guest mention how nice it would be to have chairs that were a bit comfier for the balcony and I would agree with that. We will stay here again when we come...

"We loved staying here! The island cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway away. My husband and I enjoyed docking our boat just feet away from the cottage. It is very close to all of the attractions. We will definitely be returning! Thank you"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. If you want to get away from it all and unwind, this is the place for you!Thank you, Amy and Nick!"

"The cabin stunk like stale air. The deck is old and sagging with a huge drop to the ground. So it felt unsafe. The screens were all ripped. The water had a terrible taste when we used it to make coffee. We texted to ask a question to front desk at 8 o’clock at night and didn’t get the answer till 8:30 the next morning. "

"The listing missed mentioning how many stairs there are . I don't do steps well. Otherwise the apartment was very nice. I have never paid that much for housecleaning so that is a negative in my book."

"We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...
