"We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better—beautiful beachfront and incredibly convenient, just steps from the sand. Our kids had a fantastic time, and we even enjoyed a couple of cozy bonfire nights. The home had plenty of space for our family, and we appreciated the extra blankets and rollaway beds. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook most nights, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Such a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Great location! The house is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops on Washington and Government. The beach is less than a mile away. The front porch with the locked gate was great. Our dog really enjoyed people watching from the porch. The host answered all of our questions quickly and was flexible to meet our schedule. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Inside was very nice and had everything you needed; it was well equipped and maintained. Outside the property could use some maintenance; specifically the patio was missing a side screen door and there were a few places in the screen that needed some repair. Not a problem at this time of year (mid November) but needs to be addressed before spring as insects on the coast can be a real issue at times. Overall, we had a great time and would come back. "Staying at any of the Oak shade suites & house is always a good experience. Cleanliness of bathroom could’ve used some improvement. Not sure what was on the surface of the tub. Extra blanket had large burn hole. Replacing it would be good. I would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Thank you so much. "

"Overall, this location met all of our needs. We all had a comfortable place to sleep, my kids had activities to keep them entertained while we were resting and cooking for Thanksgiving. The location is located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. The only thing I’d warn someone about was that there is a good bit of road noise. It kept us up the first night we were there. Otherwise, great stay!"
