"No remotes for new tvs available. Made 3 nights more difficult for me with 2 boys, aged 7& 10. Was told it was about it being labor day weekend. I thought staff should have tried harder, or given us money off room or a voucher for anything!"

"Great great location. 10/10 stay. Only stayed one night but I stay in hotel often due to youth sports travel. CLEAN!!!!! Always one of my important attributes. Room & the overall establishment didn’t have a weird or bad smell. Smelled fresh and clean, thank goodness. A ton of store and food options right around the corner. "Never any towels at the pool. One day they had a job interview in the conference room and ppl were everywhere (the lobby, hall, elevator area) which made it hard to get through with people all over and sitting on the ground. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Room was clean however the doors are heavy and slam shut if you don’t hold on."

"The hotel itself was clean, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk representative was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, she did not greet us, and she did not acknowledge us when we left. Every day, when my family and I walked by the front desk, we would say “good morning” or “good afternoon,” but we were never greeted or acknowledged in return. "The place was sus just walking in the front door! But the attendant was nice at least, she tried to charge me again for the room, Anyways, the room was extra tiny and just ewww! That’s all."

"The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster."
