"Maybe it was the cold front which made things harder but it got quite stuffy and dry inside with the heater running. It might make sense to have a humidifier in there for those rare freezing days. We'd have also preferred having some place to hang the jackets and layers. I do have a feeling it'll be a great place on most days."

"It was just like the pictures said. Right when i opened the door, I noticed how clean it was and how good it smelled. When you think about a house boat, you think, musky,lake smell. "The entire process from checking in to check out was very simple and convenient. The house was as advertised and very clean. The only concern we had was a one inch hole in the floor at the entrance, but we covered it while we were there and had no issues. Communication with the tenants was easy and very professional. It was a very good experience overall!!"
