"No elevator, terrible pillows, terrible beds. I understand the reusable room keys but at least keep the ones that look new. Just goes to show the lack of care. Room smelled like mold. And their building doors were left open for non hotel people to just come and go. Will not stay here again."

"AC not working. Had to have a confrontation with the night manager in order to get 2 fans brought up to our room for the first night of our stay. They moved us to a new room for the following night and it was much better. I would suggest training for the night manager on how to speak to customers."
