"Sweet sheets, hot water for everyone, scenic vistas and plenty of room. Loved the gas firepit and enjoyed the deck to sip the morning coffee. Super convenient location. Wifi was great, the cable tv was super nice. Thank you for providing every amenity that we needed."

"My family and I had the best first time visiting Greer. The Lazy Bear cabin and all the amenities it came with is what made the memories that will last a lifetime. From the pond on the property to the separate game room all 3 of my kids said this has been by far the best cabin we have stayed in. Thank you for providing everything we needed to make this past weekend memorable. We will be back for sure! "

"Found online sight unseen and always a little of a gamble. When I seen it was managed by Cabin Butler put me a little at ease as have used their cabins before.The place was perfect. Had everything needed, a great patio and close to town. All the cooking utensils, pots, pans, were quality and everything needed was there. If there was one thing I could say I could have used would be a dishwasher. Booked again for December! "

"I have been going to Alpine area for over forty years and when I found this cabin it is a gem! The cabin was perfect for my entire family with every amenity we would ever need. Close to Alpine and Springerville where you can go to all places to fish with easy access. The owners are amazing and very responsive for whatever you need. If I make it with all the family again I will be sure to rent this property as it is perfect!"

"Communications with Host were excellent. Home was clean and well lit. Starlink WIFI was greatly appreciated. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, on propane grill, and making smores in the campfire ring. Elk herd walking past front of the house was a highlight!!"
