"Having grown up in New Mexico it was great to take a trip back and walk into this charming VRBO with authentic New Mexico decor. The living area is huge and inviting to do family stuff. And the AC is cold. The kitchen is roomy and has all the dishes and pots and pans you could need. The two main bedrooms have doors to the outside with screened metal so we could let the cool night air in and the bugs out and hear the New Mexico outdoors. "This place is great! If you're looking to really get away the Gila is a great place to do it. Lots of hiking trails, hot springs and not a lot of people. The property has great amenities. My room was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen. "

"Was a great place to stay for what we needed. Very close to the college and downtown. You could walk about a half mile to downtown. The only negative is the noise from the busy road and the parking on the street, no garage. Also, if you are in a wheel chair this place is not for you. Steep steps down to get to property and each room is a step down or step up. "
