"I’m not a huge fan of having to pay to park in a hotel parking lot. A very tiny, crowded parking lot. Very noisy traffic outside of the room. Took forever for shower to get hot water."

"I want able to get any sleep due to being able to hear everything happening in the hall and the rooms next to me. Anytime the a door shut in the hallway it would shake my door loudly. House keeping knocked at 9am when I had the do not disturb sign out. Don’t recommend."

"Some construction/remodeling underway."

"The breakfast was not good at all. Cold food that was used the day before."

"My sink was clogged noticed when I went to shower, called the front desk and they said it was late for maintenance to fix I had to get some sleep so stood in that room."

"Our room was decent, but a long walk to the elevator. One of the main reasons I chose this location was the rooftop terrace. When we went to enjoy the terrace the TV was out of order/broken as were both of the fire pits. We had hoped to have a nice evening on the terrace so we were disappointed to say the least."

"Staff was great."

"Bed bugs. I left right after checking in and didn’t go back"

"there were roaches everywhere in the rooms and hallways, my rooms floor was so dirty that i spent hours cleaning the caked on dirt. the mattress was so uncomfortable and dirty that i bought my own. there pillows were barely even a pillow. they didn’t provide tissues, or utensils, or anything so be prepared to buy everything yourself. i got my own tv because theirs wouldn’t work. there were people who would party right outside my window in the hotel parking lot all night that was extremely loud...

"Overall it was fairly clean and quite"

"Amazing service"

"Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again."

"I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!"

"Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!"
