"We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. "For the price, this place was a really pleasant surprise. Had 6 people and a dog & we had plenty of room. TVs in the bedroom are nice, beds are comfortable, washer and dryer worked. Big fenced backyard very convenient for dog. Plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles or a trailer. Quiet neighborhood - really close to interstate access for everything. Kitchen is well equipped & everything works I would go on vacation a lot more if I could find more places like this. Watching the fat...

"This place is next to a car junk yard and trailer homes. You can tell they are making updates but the finish work is not good. The beds are cheap with terrible sheets, no blankets, or headboards. There is a very bad hole in the driveway. The fan in each room is nice, the kitchen is nice. If you’re just looking to sleep and don’t care about nice sheets and towels then it is good. "

"There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...

"Clean and comfy. Close to family. "

"We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table."

"Great stay in Lubbock for four friends in for the game. Pics are spot on, new construction neighborhood, garage parking, the house is well stocked with amenities and appliances. Great communication with the owner and was allowed to check in early. 5star stay all the way. I’ll stay here again next time. "

"I didn't like my room at all, it smelled like cigarettes because my reservation said non-smoker. I talked to the reception and he told me that he didn't have any available to change it for me. I also booked for three people and they put the basics for two. I don't recommend it. The hotel is very neglected and the shower had a water drain. It didn't stop dripping. The water doesn't work for me."
