"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards."

"The hotel is q true gem just on interstate 57 before the I74 interstate junction. It was very clean and comfortable. They have surprisingly nice amenities. They have guest laundry. Tony the front door personnel made it thatch nicer. He's very good with customer service. I will definitely comeback again ."

"The rooms were set up as studio apartments for two room mates. The TV was not laid out where you could comfortably watch. The TV did not work until maintenance replaced the remote batteries. The AC worked great when you were awake but after maintenance made programming changes. At night the AC would shut down because no motion was detected. You had to get out of bed and make a motion to enable it to turn on. The location is a block from a busy hospital ER. Many ambulances...
