"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. "This is a lovely, relaxing resort. Do t let the fact that it’s dated dissuade you. Everything is very well maintained and well taken care. The people couldn’t be friendlier and Cathy (the lady who was working evenings during the time we were there was super kind and even remembered it was the boyfriend’s bday and asked how it was. Def will return and look forward to it!"

"Overall, my stay was quite adequate. Check-in went smoothly enough and the staff were both informative and helpful. I did not like that the luggage carts were around the buildings corner and its slightly inconvenient that if a luggage cart is in fact needed: instead of being able to stay inside the hotel to access an elevator you have to exit the lobby walk around the front of the parking lot and then re-enter the building with the added hassle of using your keycard. "Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been mopped ever, I brought my own mop and vaccum thankfully and it took 4 buckets to mop to room because it was so dirty. I wouldn’t consider this a premium newly remodeled room because the only newness was counter tops and cabinets that’s it everything else appears to be original to building being built. Hot tub at pool was broken and putt put course has seen better days, greens were missing. "

"The rooms are dated, decorated cheap hotel style, need repairs, deep cleaning and upgraded. The exterior of the buildings are in need of repairs. The parking is ok but no easy access to rooms. Definitely not handicap accessible, the unloading and loading was quite the task for me! "
