"The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and supplied with anything you could need. Loved the way was decorated with the animal theme. We were there to go to the zoo and the location was spot on. The host checked on our arrival and to make sure we had anything we would need. Would rent this again if we are out in Omaha again. Thank you"

The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough."

"The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place."
