"A clean, basic room, good for a night's stay for traveling with our dog. The room was fine, service was fine, but there's nothing outstanding about this place. It's good for an overnight stay while traveling."

"How room was okay but the bathroom was pretty dirty. When we checked in there was a lady that greeted us who was attending to another guest and told us to check in with kiosk. With was a first. I DID NOT like it. As I used the kiosk, the real live person finished with the other guest and left. I had redwood questions and wanted to ask about restaurant referrals. The kiosk was such a horrible experience. It’s so loud and to be honest a little humiliating. No one wants to hear others conversations...

"The room was ok. The staff was bad at best. After entering the shower and getting wet I noticed The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. When I contacted the front desk a was told to come to the desk. I had to dry off get dressed. There was an annoying sound like water dripping or a bad bathroom fan that kept me awake. I was on a motorcycle trip so sleeping importance is high."
