"We love this place! It’s perfectly located for a coastal getaway. And it works perfectly for our family, including the fur-baby!! Pet friendly for sure!"

"I gave the Beach Front Inn a 3-star rating because they were having the roof of the hotel replaced while we stayed there. During the day, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., the roofers were making noise tearing off roofing and then putting on new roofing. We were unable to use our room during the day because of the noise from the roofers. I had originally planned to stay three nights, but canceled the last night. The staff were very understanding and helpful in making this cancelation possible."

"When checking in, it was posted that wi-fi was out but tv had basic cable. Got to the room, turned tv on and nothing. Went to front desk and they said they would have it fixed shortly. It never was fixed. Room was fairly clean. Beds were clean and not bad. For a one night stay its ok but a little over priced for just a basic plain room."

"Staff was very cool, and she didn't hesitate when I requested extra towels at check in. The room was very clean!"

"Keep in mind everything in Brookings is old!! In saying that…. I think this is the Best Roadside Hotel in Brookings."

"It was close to the venue I was attending. Also very quiet. I wish there was brighter light in the room. The thermostat was hard to adjust . I put down to 70 degrees. After 2 hours it still read 80 degrees. I put it at 60 and it finally came down.to 70."

"Room was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were great. My favorite was the foaming hand wash. The fragrance was awesome!!"

"Location was great that I could bring my dog. The bathroom was way outdated and had mold in the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The staff was amazing"

"Clean room, awesome view of the ocean from our room. Breakfast was barely worth the effort but not a big deal."

"Comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. Everything we needed to eat in and a list of restaurants if we wanted to go out. Flowers and hummingbirds rounded out a great time. We enjoyed our stay."

"I came in to town for a quick trip and just needed a place for one night, close to town. The cabins were easy to find and the manager texted me clear and easy directions to follow. The grounds were very clean and there was plenty of parking. The Rogue is right across the street and there was a nice view from the deck oustide of my cabin. There isn't a whole lot of room if you're going to be staying for longer than a day or two and have a lot of luggage but, for me it was perfect. I'd brought...

"If you're looking for a "nice hotel" this is probably not the place for you. If, like me, you're not particular and want something with character, this place is awesome. Most of what I liked was not the room itself. The door to the room was within spitting distance of a small boat harbor where seals like to hang out, and there's a pizza place with a bar right below the rooms. Their pizza is phenomenal. It wasn't anything "Fancy" but it was everything it needed to be and a lot more. ...
