Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things...
