We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not sure I will ever use any of them again"

"Beautiful location on the river, view from the hot tub, great fire pit area. The cabin took a long time to heat up after we arrived but it is an old log cabin so that is expected. Host was very responsive."
