"We had an excellent stay at this location. We were on our way to the Oregon Coast with our six month old and 2 year old. We stopped to see some family in the Portland area for a couple nights and this was the perfect location for us with how close it was to the Portland area. We appreciated that it was a ways away from the business of the populated Vancouver and Portland area. Grand Blvd was quite noisy even at night, which was tough if you are not a heavy sleeper, or you have little ones....

"This place worked well for us (family of 4) staying to visit with family in the area. It was very close to lots of restaurants and whatnot. The area was a little sketchy- it was by all really run down houses/apartments. However I never didn’t feel safe. The king bed was comfy but the twin beds were not. "This is a cozy and well-located place that we would definitely stay at again. In fact, with our visit being so action-packed, we both commented an extra day to better enjoy the apartment and the neighbourhood would have been appreciated.The updates and renovations to the place are tasteful and appropriate, but do not erase the original character of the building, which was much appreciated.And the hosts were top notch!"

"This house is very well cared for and well equipped! The owners responded promptly when I had a question and were helpful. The house was very comfortable & homey, a true home away from home. The view with all the trees made me feel like we were truly away in a peaceful setting instead of just a planning retreat right in our hometown!"
