Scappoose

""We had a wonderful stay at this tiny home! It was spotless from top to bottom, and the design made great use of the small space without feeling cramped at all. The outdoor setting was gorgeous — surrounded by trees with such a peaceful, woodsy feel that made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we loved the nice touch of having free beverages stocked in the fridge for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, nature-filled getaway!""

"It’s a camper, so have the camping mindset (as in: don’t leave food out, and bugs are inevitable). We were surprised to have a neighbor close by, be ready for that, too.The bed is a full, so for the tall: be ready for that as well. The hosts are accommodating, they warned us that the grill was unusable but had a backup plan available to us (thank you!)Entering the property is easy and the instructions for your stay are thorough and easy to follow.‘Twas a lovely time, this place is beautiful! "Overall, this is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was much smaller than I anticipated. Also the stairway from the street to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Not necessarily something the owners have control over, but you should be aware that it was quite shocking. The inside of the apartment was relatively clean however the bathroom needed some extra attention as there was hair in the sink and in the shower...

"A serene woodland setting for a lovely little cabin with everything one could need. Clear communication and myriad thoughftful details from lamps with variable light settings, an actual freezer with the refrigerator, extra bedding, a variety of tasty snacks set out, etc., elevated the coziness factor of the entire experience. We also appreciated the especially attractive grounds and deep nighttime quiet for a truly relaxing stay. Artie & Radwyn provided a wonderful retreat for us during a busy...

"We had a great time at the Haven Stay and used it as our home base for our kid’s soccer tournament in Vancouver and Portland last weekend. The place is cozy, clean and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the washer and dryer were a huge plus given the multiple games my kid had. The host was great and responsive. We ended up forgetting a couple of articles of clothing in the dryer after we checked out which required some coordination to get back. Our host was great...

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Portland International Airport, OR

8/10 Bueno

"This was my second stay here after returning from a trip. Fortunately, this room smelled completely fine—a definite improvement over my previous stay! It was a brief visit since I arrived late just to rest, and I skipped breakfast this time given my earlier disappointed experience. The airport shuttle service is convenient, but the process could use some improvement. Guests are required to call the hotel upon landing to request pickup, which can be tricky if you don't have a local mobile plan (though luckily, the Portland airport provides a complimentary phone service). I had actually messaged them in advance via Hotels.com to coordinate the shuttle arrangements, but they never replied. Since the shuttles seem to run on a regular schedule every 30 minutes during normal hours (I arrived before 9:00 PM), requiring a call feels unnecessary and inconvenient for international travelers."

Eastside Lodge

"Only gave 4 stars because the elevator was not working and we had to carry everything to the 3rd floor. Before we left, the staff was really nice to store part of our belongings so we went to finish our schedules. Its well located, near by public transportation, which is perfect. We loved the stay, but please fix the elevator lom"

Moxy Portland Downtown

8/10 Bueno

"En general, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones. La cama muy comoda y, en general, la habitación estaba muy limpia y así la mantenían día a día. Sin duda sería una buena opción relación calidad y precio a considerar. El único "pero" que le pondría, es en cuanto a la sala fitness, ya que tiene equipo muy limitado, pero igual funciona."
