"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."

"We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. "

"The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside.
