"Gorgeous house for those who like peaceful locations in the countryside. Three bedrooms with queen/king beds, decorated with great taste and full details. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, media room with huge tv and living with plenty of space. Communication with Tim is very easy, he is a great and very responsive host. We spent three nights and had the chance to hike some fantastic trails nearby. This beautiful place sets the standards very high."

"I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay...

"The pool was the highlight of the property for us. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside all day. The hummingbirds and butterflies that visited were lovely. The trees and plants are pretty, and it's very quiet. To be completely honest, the house itself really needs a thorough deep-cleaning and organization...especially the kitchen. It was difficult to find things in the kitchen, and it was lacking some basic items like cereal bowls, cutting boards, and the selection of pots and pans was not very...
