"Just four old friends staying for a week of playing golf, watching the PGA Championship, a little boating and a lot of laughs. Location was perfect with lots of great dining and breweries nearby. The place was top notch, had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend."

In the mornings we saw deer passing through, just behind the tree line. The place is clean, and the hosts clearly care about making your stay pleasant, with lots of nice little touches for you to discover. "

"Beautiful house and view of the lake! House was clean, well stocked, and the owners are very responsive and friendly. The A/C did have trouble keeping up on a few hot days on the top floor, even with the drapes shut, to the point we asked if someone could look at the HVAC unit while we were there. The owners did send a technician out, and everything seemed to be working correctly. The owners did say they plan to make some additional modifications soon to address the sun light heating up...

"Actually my sister and friend stayed at the farm and they really enjoyed it. My husband and I visited them every day and they always had a new story to tell ! Debbie is a gem and we all had lots of fun conversations and a fantastic tour of the farm and animals. I would highly recommend staying here in beautiful Rutherford County. Oh the shop is a treasure trove."

"It was absolutely perfect!!! We needed a place to rest and relax this more than fit the bill!!! We enjoyed fishing on the dock, the beautiful views and the fire pit too! Our senior, blind and diabetic chiuahuah also enjoyed herself!"

The Host was very helpful and accommodating. It was centralized to everywhere we wanted to go. We found several local restaurants that were great. We had a great time. "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Trout Pond! From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the experience is wonderful. The home is beautifully renovated while still keeping its cozy cottage charm. The lights leading to the dock make the whole area feel truly magical. It’s the perfect spot to relax, yet still close to so many great things to do.The real highlight, though, wasn’t just the house, it was the lovely Allen Trout. During our stay, we had a small issue with the air...

"Perfect spot for my friend and I to have a fun weekend. The camper was just what we needed. Small and minimalistic, but definitely everything you need and super cozy. If you like nature, you'll love the love they put into their garden that surrounds the place. Hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day. The owners were so sweet and welcoming, even the furry ones!! "

"The property was amazing for our family vacation and backyard wedding. The host was extremely accommodating regarding our event, and the house was well stocked with cookware and seasoning for all the cooking we did throughout the week. We loved the kayaks and fire pit, but watching cranes from the deck was probably our favorite part! "
