"It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again."

"I would like to warn others that may be considering booking this apartment. There is a huge 2" nail that sticks out of the front door on the interior side. It is a piece from a door knocker, but whatever was on the inside of the door, is no longer there. After a disturbing night when we believed that someone came into the unit while we were not there (more on that), and after lights kept turning off all by themselves (more on that too), my friend thought she heard something in the hallway...

"Room was as advertised. This room had a small fridge and microwave. The room across the hallway looked like it had a small kitchen. It was good for a solo traveler not needing much. There isn’t much immediately close to the room for food (gas station two blocks away) but fast food by the Dome was only 5 min away driving and 20 min walking. 701Eateries on University was delicious. I’d definitely return."
