"Booked this for six nights but only stayed for one night due to finding bugs in every room. Spiders in the corners of both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and inside the foldout sofa bed. Ants in one of the beds, and an active ant trap by the front door. When we found a roach in the kitchen we decided to leave. We asked the property manager for a partial refund but were denied.Would not recommend."

"While the inside space was very small, it was smartly stocked and arranged which made it a very enjoyable stay. The outside space was peaceful and spacious. Love this mini adventure"

"We came to visit our college kids at USD and this was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, there was plenty of room and Shawna supplied everything we needed. We spent lots of time exploring the woods and trails behind the property before the snow hit on Sunday. Once the cold weather arrived, we stayed in and played cards and cooked meals - it was warm, cozy and family friendly. We’ll definitely stay there again!"

Front row seats to beautiful sunrises and sunsets while surrounded in a symphony of birds chirping, frogs croaking and the gentle flow of a creak right outside the front door. If you're looking for a place to get away from the city, do some fishing and enjoy time with loved ones, this is the place to be."
