"Rooms were nice, comfortable, and it was peaceful. Be aware there is no TV. We were the farthest away from the office and the WIFI was intermittent. It was good to get away from the world for a few days. Really enjoyed the accommodations, just wish WIFI was a little stronger"

"La Casita 2 es muy confortable, de buen tamaño para una pareja. Cama muy comoda, sofa, microondas, frigo, una mesa con sillas, baño con ducha y climatizacion. Tambien mesa y sillas fuera para disfrutar del anochecer. Dispone de wifi gratis, asi que no parece que se este en un sitio tan perdido. Se echa en falta un armario, hay un perchero pero no es muy practico ya que esta sobre la mesa del microondas y cafetera. Como punto negativo, diria dos cosas. Primero, que el Paisano dispone de dos...

"This place an unbelievably well done. They’ve thought of all the little details- river towels, sunscreen and JBL by pool, super high end well appointed kitchen, storage in refrigerators, ice, seating areas for sunrise and sunsets, hidden TV room. The location is perfect for exploring Big Bend and good location for Terlingua spots. We ended up extending our stay because it was so relaxing and perfect."

"The hotel is excelent, there are only two things I consider need improvement: control of hot water on the shower is difficult at very high water pressure, the right desire temp is hard to achieve. Bacon at breakfast is so thin that it is not enjoyable, it that not even taste as bacon, if you want to give your customers a better taste meal, try something better. Thanks for a pleasent staying."

"Everything is good"

"It is a beautiful HISTORIC property so don't expect all the conveniences of modern buildings. It is well worth the sacrifice of some of those conveniences to enjoy the peace and beauty of the building. The train does come through multiple times day or night, but we found it interesting to watch. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and walking around the area. Such COOL murals all over town! Staff was very friendly and everywhere we walked people seemed friendly as well!"

"It’s a dark sky National Park, so there’s very little lights and we could not find the RV park but the owners directed us and sat out by the road with their vehicle lights on so we could find them! They went above and beyond!! Highly recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the dome. The dome is small but still spacious. There are 2 plug outlets that can hold only cell phone/tablet/watch. No cell phone service (tmobile). The host did a really good job at giving instructions on how to get to the property as we lost cell service. The entrance to Big Bend is 20 minutes. The seclusion of the property was great! I would stay again if we decide to visit another time. "

"it was exactly as described and perfect for our weekend! wrap around porch was the best and the views for sunset and sunrise perfect! "

"This spot is way out there. Make sure to get gas and food before you go! It was a great spot and no one was near us (at least on this night). Would highly recommend!"
