"Not a terrible stay, but not the best either.Overall, the RV was about what you would expect from an older unit. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were adequate for a short stay. The couch is in pretty rough shape and likely needs replacing, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.The biggest problem was the lack of working heat. "Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again."

"Parked easily with a trailer, very nice deck accommodations with a beautiful view and a fire table. Rental was spotless and very nicely decorated. Up to date appliances with abundant hospitality items in baskets (especially in the bathroom). Owners were extremely accommodating and trustworthy and quickly answered any communications via VRBO. Outside property was very well taken care of and maintained. Great place to stay! "
