"A beautiful, quiet and clean cottage. Extremely well located, just a few kilometres out of York. Our host was friendly, efficient and helpful which made our stay so easy & relaxing.
We were not able to go on the free farm tour on offer, due to our own time limitations. If we have another opportunity, I defiantly would.
Waking to the soft light and birdsong was a treat, as were the guinea fowl who strutted around the yard while we enjoyed coffee sitting outside.
The opportunity to purchase...

"Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting.
Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs.
Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great.
Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right.
Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to."

"The tiny home is located right next to the Avon River South, which was flowing when we were there. The view across the farm is beaut but the real treat is at night when the stars come out, just amazing. Lachlan is an excellent host; friendly, quick with communication and helpful. I really recommend this place."

"Place was lovely, beautiful and peaceful. Not very private if you’re looking for a romantic setting tho, kids playing at the back over the weekend, could see from the firepit area. Unfortunately the bbq wasn’t working so we had to book inside which smoked out the house."
