"This condo was better than I expected. Very clean and spacious. The rooms and restrooms where very big. Will return again."

"Really nice clean and cozy place close to the beach, we enjoyed the stay very much!"

"Everything was great. Pool was very clean but not heated so it was cold for this time of year.. Condo had everything that you could need. All the dishes, utensils, laundry stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"As a group, we really enjoyed hanging out together by the pool. The outdoor space made it all the more special for our friend reunion!"

"Perfect for me and my family very comfortable Felt like home"

"Tree branch makes it harder to enter for big trucks."

"The check in process was smooth and the stay was priced accordingly, that being said I was disappointed with what we initially walked in too. The property was getting work done to the flooring, literally up until the check in time. The room reeked of cigarettes from the two gentleman who were working on the property. I contacted the property owner or manager and the only response was “I will be right down”.. The other issue we had is my wife and I were laying down mid day on our second night...

"Great location close to everything. Nice area outside to sot in the evening. Enpugh towels and paper goods for our stay. I would recommend. You can walk 10 minutes to the beach. The bunk bed and queen bed were comfortable and clean."

"Will book here again"

"Great room! Very close to the beach"

"The Place is so quiet and peaceful condo was clean other people staying next to use where friendly definitely going back ."

"Our second time to Rockport and I love this area and condo! It had a very well stocked kitchen and a quick walk to the pools! We will definitely be coming back🥰"

"Loved this cottage! Perfect for my hubby and our little maltipoo! Will be staying here again!"

"Location, pool, beach and complex was great. Part of the apartment was ok and part was very dated, specifically master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of stuff in every closet, no space for clothes. Mattress and towels were extra dad, seriously, I would bring my own towels. Smells bad. Not very clean. Kitchen was clean and good equipped, except coffee machines."

"Nice little retreat with my family. Pool right outside the back door. Ocean 2 min walk from the front door. Very quiet area. 7 minute drive to Rockport Beach. Property is clean and definitely kozy. Will definitely come back."
