Waterfront Condo with a View in Rockport

2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo, beautifully remodeled in 2020/2021.

Located just minutes from Rockport beach, with the ocean and a dedicated spot to moor your boat directly outside your backdoor. The home has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Rockport, whether a romantic weekend getaway, a fishing trip with friends, or a weeklong trip for the whole family. Enjoy a sunrise on the top deck, Netflix on 3 HDTVs, swimming or grilling at the community pool or have drinks on the shaded lower deck in the afternoon.

There's room for up to 6 guests. All bedrooms and full restrooms are located on the top floor. Master suite has a queen size bed, guest room has a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. The kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and a half bath are located on the ground floor. The couch downstairs converts to a full size bed and there's also a full size blow up air mattress, providing plenty of flexibility with sleeping arrangements.

You'll find lots of things to make the most of your time here, including

We also have a 2nd condo, 4 doors down in same building if you have a larger party. We love to visit with another family and hang out, but be able to retreat to our own space.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back! The condo is spacious and comfortable, well appointed, quiet and in a great location! We walked the neighborhood every morning, explored Rockport and surrounding areas by day and ended up each evening having a healthy fishing competition right off of our back porch! I would recommend this place time and time again!

Pleasant

Very nice, however the beds were uncomfortable. Queen in master was like sleeping in a valley. Double bunk seemed smaller than a double for the couple in the room. Will need to opt for nothing less than queens or king size beds in future. also, should mention there is a one cup Keurig in kitchen which was great, but not mentioned in original write-up.

Great Condo

Enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Very clean and inviting. The owner made things very easy by labeling and placing notes around the condo to help you if needed. Owner was accommodating and made you feel very welcome.

End of summer trip

Stayed here with the grandkids the week before school started. Everything was great and just as pictured. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Both pools are nice and we used them a lot. It is close to the very kid friendly Rockporr beach’. The owner had great communication from before check in through checkout. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

Our family has been to Rockport many times and have stayed at many different places. This was by far the most favorite. The hosts have thought of everything. From the games and books available, to the extra plush blankets, to night light in the kids room. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!
