"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"The property was beautiful. The separate entry downstairs room/bathroom was perfect for our adult nephew. The loft was a haven for our 17 year old and the 11 year old was satisfied with the sleeper sofa. The beds (foam mattress?) were exceptionally comfortable and there were many charming touches throughout."

"Every year, we visit Rockport with our kids. My grandparents used to own a house downtown, so we have many fond memories of the area. The house was definitely worth the price, and our 10-year-old loved celebrating her birthday there. We had a birthday dinner, and our other daughter had everything she needed in the kitchen for cooking."

"Great location, friendly neighbors, enough rooms and bathrooms for our 4 person family. My husband, myself and our two teenagers stayed here. We never caught any keepers while there, but we tried. We have an older dog and the fenced in yard was smaller but that was perfect for our dog. Sitting on the back porch was relaxing. Having the kayaks to be able to use was also great. We really enjoyed being here and would definitely stay again. The host is very responsive."

"Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...

"A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress. "

"Had a wonderful time staying at this house. Great set up for a large group and we really liked that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Common areas were spacious. It had all the kitchen stuff for a big group. Owners were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help with something. Overall very clean and tidy house, just need to make sure that housekeeping does a little bit better sweeping some of the floors. Great location, pool was so nice and we enjoyed fishing from the deck....

"The house is very cute. The neighborhood is charming. It’s a spacious house with nice amenities. The beds were so comfy. If you have a big group and you plan on cooking, there are only 4 plates and 4 bowls so plan accordingly. The listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and that you can walk to shopping, and while you probably could walk you won’t want to. There aren’t sidewalks or safe places to cross. Really a great house overall!"
