"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"A very comfortable condo for family or friends. 3 bedrooms total, one downstate with en suite bath and the upstairs has 2 with a Jack and Jill bath. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The feature that we enjoyed most was the deck/patio on the water. The AC works well and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. Close to grocery store, many restaurants, shopping and a quick 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach. "

"I stayed here with a friend for two nights on a fishing trip. (YouBet Guide Service Captain Richard Coan) The house was super clean, modern and well appointed and we had way more room than we needed. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the house. It was great and being close to the harbor where we launched from was super convenient. Will book again when in Rockport."

"Just what I needed. Their grass is beautiful so if you stay there and take your puppy please take your poop bags. The grass is nice and manicured. The place was very clean and stocked with great coffee and cups. This place is also very close to everything. I will rent again. "

"Kitchens inside and out were good no sharp filet knives for cleaning fish so we got our own. Hot Tub was not hot so we contacted owner and they fixed it. It was all due to internet down so once that was fixed we had hot tub and pool and our TV back on !! "

"What a great getaway property and experience our family had here. The checkin was keyless code and was sent 24 hrs prior to us arriving and was effortless to get in. The main quarters and guset house were very clean upon entry and were nice and cool. All rooms are extremely spacious with room for a air mattress for the little ones if you need it. The pool and hot tub were amazing and what can you say about the view except picturesque in the day and evening. The property has planty of backyard...

"We had a wonderful time. This is the 4th time staying at the property. I wish the furniture in the living and dining area were not so short, but that's our preference. A little harder to get out of when you have leg and back problems. However we already knew the furniture situation and we weren't there just sit sit on the furniture. We enjoy the property very much. The backyard is great. We will be back. "
